For most standard cars, a wheel-lift or tow bar is perfectly safe. For AWD vehicles, lowered cars, prestige marques or any vehicle with a seized drivetrain, flatbed towing is always recommended as all four wheels are lifted completely off the ground — eliminating any risk of drivetrain or transmission damage during transit.
Yes. We respond to accident scenes across Sydney and work directly with all major insurance companies including NRMA, AAMI, Allianz, QBE and Budget Direct. We handle the paperwork, communicate with the insurer’s assessor, and transport the vehicle to your nominated repairer or the insurer’s preferred depot.
Yes — motorcycles, scooters and e-bikes are transported on our flatbed trucks using purpose-built wheel chocks and tie-down straps. Pricing starts from $95 for a standard suburban tow. Call for a quote based on your exact pickup and destination.
For interstate jobs we prefer 24–48 hours notice where possible to schedule a suitable transport run. However, we do accommodate same-day bookings for urgent interstate moves when capacity allows. Call us to check availability and confirm a pickup window.
Small compact machinery (mini excavators, small forklifts, ride-on mowers) within standard dimension and mass limits can often be transported without a special permit. Larger over-size or over-mass loads require a Transport for NSW permit which we arrange on your behalf as part of the job. We’ll advise at quote stage.
We accept cash, card (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS) and direct bank transfer. Payment is collected at the time of delivery unless prior account arrangements have been made. Insurance jobs are billed directly to the insurer where an authorisation number is provided.
